The White Room is now fully open!
After a period of lockdown and ever changing restrictions, we are pleased to announce that our restaurant The White Room is open once again.
For us, the lockdown of 2022 was an opportunity to embark on reinventing our menus. Our head chef Tristan De Boer found inspiration not only in some new exciting produce but also techniques which we believe has produced some sensational dishes.
GOLD is a redesign of our classic menu, while GREEN is our new signature vegetarian menu. If you seek to eat less meat and fish or if you are a vegetarian, we have the right menu for you.
Not only has our head chef Tristan De Boer achieved to create two outstanding menus, but he has also further developed and put the finishing touches to his incredibly delicious homemade Sourdough bread. So exceptional he presents this as a main course!
You will not only experience our exquisite new menus, but also immerse yourself with wines from countries such as Portugal, Italy, Germany, France and beyond with the guide of our Wine sommelier Manon Maas and Maître Bram Hommes.
For our new opening hours, we serve dinner from Wednesday up until Saturday, from 6 PM to 1 AM. Also, we serve lunch on Saturday from 12:00 PM to 4 PM.
