For ten years, Restaurant The White Room has been flying the flag of culinary excellence in the heart of Amsterdam, its credentials confirmed by a Michelin star. To commemorate a decade of community building through gastronomy, we cordially invite you to the city's inaugural Michelin Festival. On one evening only, 26 May 2025, celebrated Michelin-starred chefs from across Europe will fill the historical Wintergarden and Grand Ballroom with the enticing aromas of their signature creations. Explore a variety of market-style stalls, connect with fellow guests, and indulge in exquisite dishes crafted by some of the world’s most talented chefs.

An event built on friendships spanning the continent, the Michelin Festival will feature more than 15 Michelin-starred chefs showcasing their signature dishes and special creations, cooked à la minute in small batches and presented to you with a signature flair.
